Khairunnisa bt Che Bahrun ialah antara pelajar yang telah mengharumkan nama sekolah di peringkat nasional menjadi penerima Biasiswa Nasional 2010 dan merupakan 20 pelajar SPM terbaik negara. Beliau sekarang belajar di London,UK.
HIGH ACHIEVERS : ON TOP OF THE (CAMBRIDGE) WORLD ( sedutan berita)
The
June 2011 Cambridge A and AS Level students did KYUEM proud at the
Outstanding Cambridge Learner Awards 2011. Organised by the University
of Cambridge International Examinations Board (CIE), the ceremony was
held on 24 November 2011 to recognize the exceptional performance of
learners who have been awarded the highest marks in a subject in the
world and Malaysia.
The
award-winners from KYUEM this year are Lau Jia Cheng (Top in the World,
Further Mathematics, who is currently reading Economics at Magdalene
College, Cambridge), Muhammad Faiz Bin Zulbadli (Top in the World,
Further Mathematics, who is currently reading Mathematics at Imperial
College, London), Lee Wei Ling Amelia (Top in the World, Biology (AS),
one of our current students who is planning to read medicine), Heng Wei
Ling (Top in Malaysia, Literature in English, who is already reading
Economics at Stanford University, USA), Khadijah Bt Ahmad Jais (Top in
Malaysia, Mathematics (AS), a current student who intends to pursue
Chemical Engineering at university). Loh Sook Yin and Lai Yin Kwin won
Top in Malaysia awards for Mathematics (AS); both students have their
minds set on studying medicine at university level.
The
Best Across 4 AS Levels First Place award was won by Kuah Jia Ying.
The Best Across 3 AS Levels First Place award was won by Khairunnisa
Binti Che Bahrun, while Third Place was taken by Lee Wei Ling Amelia.
